Brad Nicolaisen brings over 25 years of SAP technology expertise, business leadership, and entrepreneurial experience to TotalTek. He began his SAP journey in 1995 with SAP America, where he served as a Platinum-level consultant and Project Manager. In 1999, Brad founded et alia, LLC, an SAP license reseller and implementation partner that developed a proprietary, industry-specific solution for construction, engineering, general contracting, and project-based enterprises. As President and Managing Partner, he led et alia for 15 years before successfully selling the company in 2014 to InEight, Inc., a Kiewit Corporation subsidiary, where he went on to serve as Chief Administrative Officer and Executive VP of Strategy.

Today, Brad serves as Vice President of both the SAP and Digital Transformation practice areas at TotalTek, where he leads initiatives focused on AI innovation, intelligent automation, and ERP modernization. He is passionate about helping organizations unlock business value through smart, scalable technology strategies that deliver measurable results.

A native of Wisconsin, Brad resides in Milwaukee and enjoys outdoor running and long walks with his Weimaraner, Riven. He holds an MBA from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
